How It Works

The softening process is based on ion exchange technology, where hardened water passes through a resin column. Calcium and magnesium ions are trapped by the resin and replaced with sodium ions, resulting in soft, high-quality water. Once the resin reaches its saturation point, the system undergoes an automatic regeneration cycle using brine to restore the resin’s capacity.
